恋恋情人香——几款易做美味的香饭
玫瑰饭
美国加洲玫瑰米(或普通香米)`````320克
水`````````````````````````````400ML
蜂蜜```````````````````````````15克
玫瑰花茶包(我用的是立顿的)`````6克
玫瑰花(干)````````````````````适量
1`米稍微冲洗沥干,纺织30~60分钟备用。
2`取一小锅,放入水煮开后熄火,放入茶包浸泡至冷却,捞去茶包。
3`将做法1`2`的材料及蜂蜜放入电饭锅中混合拌匀,煮至跳起后再充分拌匀,闷煮10~15分钟。
4`煮好的米饭盛入碗中,撒上干燥玫瑰花即可。
椰香饭
香米```````````````````````````320克
水`````````````````````````````400ML
椰丝```````````````````````````15克
盐`````````````````````````````2克
椰奶```````````````````````````100ML
1`香米洗净,沥干,放置30~60分钟备用。
2`将做法1`的香米与水放入电饭锅中,加入椰丝椰奶及盐拌匀,煮至跳起后再充分拌匀,闷煮10~15分钟即可。
